Evidence:

1. Starting with textual evidence, Jason asks what tribe the two, unidentified people dressed in stereotypical Halloween costumes meant to represent Indigenous people are from. Jason's confusion, emphasized by the word tribe in bolded letters, tells the reader that the costumes are not based on any real Indigenous tribe and are instead based on unidentifiable stereotypes. This also means that the people wearing the costumes know nothing about real Indigenous nations or tribes, hinting to the reader that they are not Indigenous.

2. Further, the imagery used in this panel, of plain, beige dresses, grey headdresses, and feathers is similar to stereotypical images of Indigenous people like Disney's Pocahontas. The stereotypical images of Indigenous people found within these costumes also tell the reader that those wearing the costumes are unfamiliar with actual Indigenous culture.
