I went on Google Scholar and put in key words related to my question, examples like "Horror and Phobias in Media", "Why we like to be scared?" and so on. I found more contemporary sources related to Junji Ito's work since there is a lack of academic papers about him and his work.

I split 600 words into two parts of my day. 300 in the morning and 300 in the evening and perhaps starting the intro to the next paragraph. I separate quotes from my academic and contemporary sources and introduce them into my paragraphs. Writing the whole main paragraphs I estimate would take a week and a half. I decided on a cover page, a intro page, a build up, then climax (the visual horror full page).
