         <description><![CDATA[<div>It is important because if I truly want ALL of my students to grow academically then I need to understand where my students are struggling. If the language barrier is my biggest obstacle, I must ensure that I have the skill set and support to help them. Furthermore, ELL litigation is increasing in schools as it is the next most litigious matter schools face after SPED. </div>]]></description>
