Yeah. It's welcome weekend for ECCO. But it's the first days of college for these kids and I can almost guarantee they are more worried about college in general more than the learning community. Focus more events around BGSU but still talk some about the big ECCO things (field placement, participation points, IPDP)

Emphasize that we are here to grow and that even though meeting new people/ starting college can be awkward and scary, it is an opportunity to challenge ourselves to learn and grow. This can help frame thoughts that it will get better and has purpose even if it is overwhelming at points
