Personally, I would consider myself an active person. I enjoy watching and playing all kinds of sports, even the nontraditional sports! For example, my current hobby and main interests are playing soccer and cycling. I try to ride my bicycle for at least four days a week. For me, being outdoors and staying active helps clear my mind and allows me to "get away" for a while, which is probably another reason as to why I do it often.
