I believe a more recent time would be when I had came to this high school for the first time this year. I was always so afraid I'd end up ruining everything, or saying something that'd offend others. However all of my teachers always seemed so kind, and even though I try to keep conversations to a minimum, they're always there to support me. Even as I quarantine, I receive emails to ask if everything's alright. So I must thank the school.

A few weeks ago I had a panic attack at work and could not catch my breath. I went to the bathroom and tried to calm down and then my manager took me to her office and was incredibly understanding about the situation. Both of my families moved away this summer to go to different states (Florida and Colorado), and I still live here in Kentucky. I keep in touch with my parents pretty regularly, which I know they then keep my sisters updated on my life as well even if I don't talk to them as often. Anytime I have a celebration or am going through a rough patch, my sisters will take it upon themselves to reach out to me and check in on how I'm doing. I miss and love them a lot, so it makes me feel special when they reach out to me and show me they love me from so far away.

Every morning my mom texts me and tells me she loves me & to have a great day and it makes my day 10x better.
