And also making managerial skills. I currently had to use managerial skill at work. Both of my bosses were out of the office for several day and my boss had made me in charge to run the floor while they are gone so I had to make several tough decisions as far as problem solving. There were several instances that I had to get to the bottom of something and come up with a solution as if I was a   manager.

I have decided to incorporate these photos because they shows different steps that managers go through to make decision in different scenarios.
