<title>In our classrooms, the students are sometimes so spread out that it is often difficult to see what everyone is doing all at the same time. Especially if we are helping others. Students are usually grouped together so each group is able to help each other. For example, in the weight room, the students are able to give their partners feedback if they are doing the exercise wrong or what they need to do to improve (form, increase of weight, etc.)</title>

<title>Most of the activities come back to our fitness testing. We test once a quarter and the test are used as a baseline for all of the activities that we do throughout the semester. The students are able to reflect on how they can improve themselves. What exercises are they going to do to help improve? Why will those exercises help? How often do I need to do the exercise for me to show improvement? etc.</title>

<title>Some peer feedback is not always correct. Our job is to visit the separate groups often to see if they are on the right track and if not, we need to correct them.</title>
