I migrated here to Davao last 2016 because my mother had a job opportunity here. My parents are from Mindanao (Mom from Davao & Dad from Surigao) and they migrated to Manila in the late 2000's. My parents decided to go their own separate ways. This is also one of the reasons why we left Manila. My dad is currently living in the United States, while we are here in Davao City living with our mom. As my mom says, "Life goes on". I am very happy and content with what I have now. As you can see in the picture above, I have an older brother and a younger sister, therefore making me a middle child hahaha! They may like particular bands and have favorite songs, but those things fade in contrast to being a fan. Fans go to great lengths to support their obsessions, whether it is by buying the newest goods or going to the upcoming concert. For me, it all began when I came across Blackpink, the most well-known Korean pop girl group, on my YouTube recommendation. Right now, I stan a lot of boy & girl groups. The first one is a preparatory school called STI. After finishing there, I transferred to Immaculate Heart of Mary College, I stayed there until my 5th grade. Since we were relocating, my mom applied here at Ateneo De Davao University. Luckily, we passed the entrance test! I was so excited to study in an institution where there is excellent instruction, robust research, and publication, as well as vibrant engagement and advocacy, all informed by Jesuit ideals of finding God in all things and working for God’s greater glory.

My mom and I promised to talk to it and provide it food. The poor puppy was malnourished and had no home or owner to take care of him. From that point on, we decided to feed it every day so he could at least go to bed with a full stomach. Whitey is his name. Then Whitey brought along more stray animals, including abandoned neighborhood dogs and cats that joined the pack of canines receiving nightly food. We do our best to feed a total of 6 dogs and 8 cats. It is difficult and expensive. There is not a day where in we don't feed them, because my mom gets easily guilty, rain or shine we just do it. My mom imagines opening a shelter and a small veterinary clinic in our subdivision someday. To provide for these divinely created beings who were cast into a brutal world and help them find a safe place where they can live their lives to the fullest.
