Secondly, having the right type of person with you always will motivate you in everyway which sometimes, money can't be used at this matter. Finally, health wise. A person's emotional intelligence is related to his personality, and it contributes significantly to the level of success he/she achieves throughout career. Personality development helps an individual to inculcate positive qualities like punctuality, flexible attitude, willingness to learn, friendly nature, eagerness to help others and so on. Never hesitate to share information with others. Always reach office on time. Some people have a tendency to work till late. Late sittings not only increase your stress levels but also spoil your personal life. Sitting till late at the office indicates that an individual is extremely poor in time management skills.

Personality development helps you develop an impressive personality and makes you stand apart from the rest. Personality development also plays an essential role in improving one’s communication skills. Individuals ought to master the art of expressing their thoughts and feelings in the most desired way. Personality development makes you a confident individual who is appreciated and respected wherever he/she goes.

  Personality is more important for me because thats show who you really are. What you've think, what you've done something or making an action. Building a good personality is to be truth to say, it is really hard and sore. But the outcome is what matters the most. You could become very kind hearthed, for example, helping others in need, helping your parents, respect the elders. People will thought kindly of you or mocking you. But that doesn't matter. What's matter is, you should be proud of yourself.
  But sometimes, you could do something wrong. You're helping someone but not sincere to it. You want something back. Well it not that bad. But for me, it could lead you becoming a negative person. Not everyone is perfect but why not try to be one, it won't hurt you.
  Last but not least, there is a lot of personalities within each person, for example, kind, loving, keeping eviromental clean, helping other, making self good, or saving money. Not all of it is permanent because people always changes by every life such as experience.
