5.FIRST IMPRESSION
A survey showed that the first 90 seconds are decisive for a candidate evaluation. What influence the decision the most is not what the candidate says, but how he says it and how he interacts. Pay attention to body language, tone of voice, eye contact, posture.
6.CANDIDATE’S MOTIVATION AND SOFT SKILLS
It is known that a part of a job interview is dedicated to the candidate’s motivations and his soft skills. They are not easy or immediate answers to give, because they are more personal. Think about them a few days before the meeting: why are you really interested in this job? What do you think to be particularly good at? In what you should improve?
7.PROFESSIONALISM
Always keep a professional behavior and talk about topics that concerns the job position you’re applying for. Don’t talk about your private life or more generally about topics which don’t refer to the working environment.
