make sure you have the right athmosfere and use osmosis between the digital world and the real world, make time to reflect on this: this way you will extract the best qualities of your fruits (youngsters)
make a syryp of a fun experience (sugar)and reflection (water)
take your time to create a connection between all ingedrients

Mix up all ingredients to end up with the best result: a drink that is a perfect balance of youngsters, society, teachers, youthworkers
Watch out: limited preservation time, you need to refresh/ remake a batch in time
