I really enjoyed the two quotes included in the introduction and conclusion, it added a special touch. I would change the "have" for "had in the fifth sentence of the first paragraph. You should add the word "Usually" with a comma before the "as an example" in the third sentence of the second paragraph. Also, in the same paragraph, the fourth sentence should say "usually tend" instead of "pend usually".
