For example, if we want to conduct a survey, the questions should be related to main topics of our resarch. If the statistical analyses can't fit, the results of research can be wrong, and maybe it transmits our wrong way.

1. A study for chemotherapy for breast cancer in women should include the women in similar life, health status. For example if a woman has an infection and others don't, she has to be excluded from the study. Although it is very difficult to provide enough amount of people in a study who are in similar positions in life. This is a very important issur that the researchers have to consider about.
2. The technologies that we use in our studies should be clearly described to explain all the techniques and procedures for other scientist and researchers. By this manner our study will be questinable and provable.

15. Control groups are used for any change observed in the experimental group is due to the treatment which is being studied rather than other effects and factors. So we should stabilize any variability except one that we are studying so that it’s effect on treatment can be appropriately observed.
