Loyalty isn't always permanent because betrayal can happen when you least expect it.

Some evidence is:
The nurse was always close to Julliet and was loyal to her, and it seemed as the nurse would always be loyal to her, but she ended up betraying her when her parents were forcing her to marry Paris. Another piece of evidence is when Friar Lawrence betrayed Julliet when he heard noises. He abandoned her in the tomb alone so he wouldn't get caught. That was unexpected because it was his plan to fake her death and since he left her there, the entire effort was wasted. So both people were trusted by Romeo and Julliet, but in desperate needs, they abandoned them.
