         <title>I think we are very poor at this, perhaps because we see a lot of people post trauma - the focus is on surgery, protecting the injury &amp; rehab. But this attitude of stick to the main physical problem then carries across to acquired condions where perhaps diet, exercise &amp; weight loss are important. We are good at considering mood &amp; mental health screening and addressing these areas.</title>
