Nossa primeira Viagem Técnica em 2025

No dia 08/05/2025, a turma ED-41 realizou sua primeira viagem técnica do ano, com destino ao Assentamento Baixa Verde, no município de Eunápolis-BA.

O principal objetivo dessa viagem foi conhecer a região geográfica e compreender um pouco mais sobre a história da comunidade local. Essas informações servirão de base para, ao longo da unidade, desenvolvermos estudos e apresentações de ideias sustentáveis voltadas aos projetos que serão elaborados para atender às necessidades dessa população.

Partiu praia uhuuuu. SÓ que não!!

No dia 13/05/2025, realizamos nossa segunda viagem técnica da semana, desta vez para Arraial d’Ajuda e Trancoso, distritos de Porto Seguro – BA.

A atividade foi conduzida pelas docentes Criscielli Bonella Lauer (Engenharia) e Vânia Lima Souza (Biologia). Em Trancoso, tivemos a oportunidade de visitar uma obra e conhecer de perto a arquitetura local, ampliando nosso conhecimento e contribuindo para o desenvolvimento de ideias voltadas ao Projeto Integrador (P.I.).

Particularmente, foi uma experiência sensacional, tanto para mim quanto para meus colegas, já que muitos relataram sentir a mesma motivação e entusiasmo que eu vivenciei durante a atividade.

Visitamos uma obra de um condomínio em Trancoso, que já se encontrava em fase bastante adiantada, com as alvenarias levantadas. O modelo se mostrou muito interessante para servir como estudo de construção. Durante a visita, a professora apresentou as fases básicas da obra e aproveitou o momento para testar e reforçar nossos conhecimentos.

Não fomos na Praia, mas avistamos a vista maravilhosa da região.

Não tivemos a oportunidade de conhecer a praia de Trancoso por conta do clima chuvoso, mas fomos em alguns pontos turísticos como o Quadrado. um ponto bem Visitado por turistas de todo o mundo que vem conhecer a região Maravilhosa do Litoral Sul baiano. Também vimos a igreja católica a paroquia São João Batista. outro ponto turístico muito lindo e belo, por toda a sua história.

Ainda no dia 13/05/2025, seguimos para o Eco Parque de Arraial d’Ajuda, em uma visita com fins didáticos – mesmo que a vontade de conhecer a praia fosse grande.

No local, tivemos contato com um espaço fundamental para os estudos sobre corais vivos, voltado à disciplina de Biologia. Foi uma experiência de grande aprendizado, pois, por meio dessa visita, adquirimos maior consciência sobre as causas do desaparecimento e da morte dos corais em nossa costa, além de compreendermos as diferenças existentes entre as diversas espécies.

No retorno das férias, já tivemos uma nova viagem técnica – e essa é, sem dúvida, uma das partes que mais gosto do IFBA.

Fomos novamente ao Assentamento Baixa Verde para conhecer melhor a família e o terreno pelo qual ficamos responsáveis no projeto. Fomos muito bem recebidos pela família da Sra. Catiane, que nos contou um pouco da sua história e ainda nos ofereceu um delicioso café da manhã.

Após essa acolhida, tivemos um momento de conversa para conhecer mais sobre a família e a região, e em seguida partimos para a parte de perguntas técnicas. Como projetistas, buscamos entender como a Sra. Catiane gostaria que fosse sua residência. Assim que reunimos todos os dados necessários, encerramos a visita e retornamos.

No dia 09/09/2025, realizamos até então nossa última viagem técnica (embora outras ainda estejam previstas). A atividade foi conduzida pelos docentes Davi Aquino e Lilian, e teve como destino a Estação de Tratamento de Esgoto (ETE) localizada no bairro Jardins, em Eunápolis–BA.

No local, o professor Davi apresentou de forma prática os conteúdos já trabalhados em sala de aula, enquanto a professora Lilian destacou a influência da topografia no funcionamento do centro de tratamento. Durante a visita, muitos questionamentos foram feitos aos trabalhadores da ETE, que responderam prontamente às nossas dúvidas.

Foi uma experiência extremamente enriquecedora, que contribuiu de maneira significativa para a compreensão do processo de tratamento de esgoto.

On 08/05/2025, the ED-41 class carried out its first technical trip of the year, heading to the Baixa Verde Settlement, in the muni ipality of Eunápolis-BA. The main objective of this trip was to get to know the geographic region and understand a little more about the history of the local community. This information will serve as a basis for, throughout the unit, developing studies and presentations of sustainable ideas aimed at projects that will be designed to meet the needs of this population.

On 13/05/2025, we carried out our second technical trip of the week, this time to Arraial d’Ajuda and Trancoso, districts of Porto Seguro – BA. The activity was led by professors Criscielli Bonella Lauer (Engineering) and Vânia Lima Souza (Biology). In Trancoso, we had the opportunity to visit a construction site and get to know the local architecture up close, expanding our knowledge and contributing to the development of ideas aimed at the Integrator Project (P.I.). In particular, it was a sensational experience, both for me and my colleagues, as many reported feeling the same motivation and enthusiasm that I experienced during the activity.

We didn't go to the beach, but we saw the wonderful views of the region.

We didn't have the opportunity to visit Trancoso beach due to the rainy weather, but we went to some tourist spots like Quadrado. a spot well visited by tourists from all over the world who come to discover the wonderful region of Bahia's South Coast. We also saw the Catholic church and the São João Batista parish. another very beautiful and beautiful tourist spot, for all its history.

Upon returning from vacation, we already had a new technical trip – and this is, without a doubt, one of the parts I like most about IFBA. We went to the Baixa Verde Settlement again to get to know the family and the land we were responsible for in the project. We were very well received by Mrs. Catiane's family, who told us a little about her story and even offered us a delicious breakfast. After this welcome, we had a moment of conversation to learn more about the family and the region, and then we moved on to the technical questions. As designers, we sought to understand what Ms. Catiane would like her home to be like. Once we have gathered all the necessary data, we end the visit and return.

We visited a condominium project in Trancoso, which was already at a very advanced stage, with the masonry erected. The model proved to be very interesting to serve as a construction study. During the visit, the teacher presented the basic phases of the work and took the opportunity to test and reinforce our knowledge.

Still on 13/05/2025, we headed to the Eco Parque de Arraial d’Ajuda, on a visit for educational purposes – even though the desire to visit the beach was great. There, we had contact with a fundamental space for studies on living corals, focused on the discipline of Biology. It was a great learning experience, as, through this visit, we gained greater awareness about the causes of the disappearance and death of corals on our coast, in addition to understanding the differences between the different species.

On 09/09/2025, we carried out our last technical trip so far (although others are still planned). The activity was led by teachers Davi Aquino and Lilian, and was destined for the Sewage Treatment Station (ETE) located in the Jardins neighborhood, in Eunápolis–BA. There, Professor Davi presented in a practical way the content already worked on in the classroom, while Professor Lilian highlighted the influence of topography on the functioning of the treatment center. During the visit, many questions were asked of the ETE workers, who responded promptly to our queries. It was an extremely enriching experience, which contributed significantly to the understanding of the sewage treatment process.
