We need to stop complaining and we need to focus on praises so that eventually you will feel it in the long run.

But how do we truly feel joy in the midst of trails?
At the end of the day all our words and actions are our choices. So we need to make a decision to choose JOY over bitterness. We will choose JOY over our trials. We will choose JOY over sadness.
