To extend the activity, we continued to explore making patterns using Color Blocks and an activity flashed on the screen. We completed the patterns we see by arranging and lining up the pattern and completing the missing ones. For some patterns, the preschoolers find them easy, like the one's ABAB, AABB, and ABC. For patterns like ABB, the children were a little confused and took time to find out what the pattern is like.

This activity enhances critical thinking skills. It helps children make predictions because they begin to understand what comes next. They also help children learn how to make logical connections and use reasoning skills.
