         <description><![CDATA[<div>I feel that this diet works well for people who eat to much processed food. Natural fats in meat is fine but all the cookies and sweets cause people to gain weight fast. I believe that this along with exercise can help you lose weight. The diet seems very safe if you eat as you would normally. i myself would not try this diet. </div>]]></description>
