One idea to consolidate assessments is to use a portfolio (similar to learning conference) to collect evidence of learning. This could be collated in seesaw/OneNote/ppt etc. which helps ease stress of deadlines and students can receive regular in time feedback.

1. Set up a portfolio for your class in the chosen platform. Create folders for each of the criteria so students can populate them with evidence.

2. Students take ownership of what is being assessed and how they present their learning by choosing what they put in each of the criteria folders.

3. There are check points scheduled throughout the semester/unit/project etc. in the form of written feedback based on what is in their portfolio at that time. (This would be put into Managebac and based on the criteria)

4. Teachers design/facilitate learning experiences for students and then use class time to check in directly with. each student to give formative feedback. (this also helps to ensure students are keeping their portfolio up to date) if you have a co-teacher they could also check in with students.

5. By the end of the unit, students should have enough evidence in their portfolio to meet each of the criteria. E.g. Criteria D has evidence of use of interpersonal skills to satisfy Di that can then be assessed and entered into Managebac with a grade if needed.
