For this task, we would like you to focus on a negative or memorable experience that you would like to reflect on and learn from to develop your practice. Try and keep the example related to your clinical or professional experiences; this could be from past jobs, current role, supervision experiences, interactions with colleagues, anything!

Please write out a reflective piece of no more than 400 words and upload this onto the next Padlet. You could write this out on Microsoft Word document and upload individually.
