Using praise to reinforce good behaviors I learned that using specific praise to reinforce good behavior in students is an effective strategy rooted in behavioral psychology and positive reinforcement. Avoiding general praise (“Good job!”), specific praise names the exact behavior that was positive ( “I like how you raised your hand before speaking!”). It helps students understand exactly what behaviors are desirable, making it easier for them to repeat those actions.

I decided to apply this technique by delivering praise as soon as possible after the behavior, and be consistent in recognizing similar behaviors and making sure my tone and nonverbal cues (like eye contact and a smile) align with your my to make the praise more impactful.

It actually worked beacuse when students understand what they’re doing well, they gain confidence in their abilities, making them more likely to engage and participate. When they receive specific praise, they are more likely to repeat the praised behavior, reducing the need for corrective discipline.

I learned that the S.T.O.P. technique is a practical mindfulness strategy designed to help with emotion regulation. It’s often used to create a pause during emotional situations, giving me the chance to process emotions and respond thoughtfully rather than react impulsively.

I decided to apply this technique by using the S.T.O.P. technique whenever I feel strong emotions, like impatience, frustration, or anger, and reflect afterward on how it helped me respond more thoughtfully. Try using the this technique in low-stakes situations to make it a habit, so it becomes easier to apply when emotions run high.

It really worked beacause the S.T.O.P. technique regularly can help me cultivate emotional intelligence and respond to challenges more thoughtfully, creating a calmer, more controlled response style in both personal and professional situations.

ANH.N122

I learned that the "3 I's, 3 S's, and 3 R's" framework provides a structured approach to supporting teachers. By breaking down the support process into these key phases, it allows for a more targeted and effective approach.

I decided to apply this framework and I've focused on building strong relationships with teachers, encouraged collaboration among teachers to share best practices and problem-solve together, conducted reflective sessions to evaluate the effectiveness of the support provided.

It actually worked because by implementing this framework, I've noticed a significant improvement in teacher morale, job satisfaction, and student outcomes. Teachers feel more empowered, confident, and motivated to continue their professional growth. Ultimately, this leads to a more positive learning environment for all students.

ANH.N122

I leanred that identifying weak or unruly students typically involves observing patterns in behavior, engagement, and academic performance. Effective strategies often begin with understanding the root causes of the behavior and addressing them with empathy and structure.

I decided to apply by paying close attention to students' participation, body language, and facial expressions during lessons. I establish open communication channels with students to understand their needs, challenges, and motivations and use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage positive behavior and motivate students.

It really worked by understanding the root causes of student behavior and providing tailored support, I've been able to help students overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

ANH.N122

I learned that attitude is the most crucial element in a strong service mindset. Understanding and sharing the feelings of others is crucial. When I can empathize with my customers or clients, you can provide more tailored and effective solutions.

I decided to apply the F.A.S.T principles, I can enhance my service delivery, build stronger relationships, and ultimately achieve greater satisfaction for both myself and my clients.

It actually worked by adopting a service mindset, I've been able to create a more supportive and collaborative partnership with parents. This has led to improved student outcomes, as parents feel more involved and invested in their children's education.

ANH.N122

I learned that child protection is paramount. By applying a service mindset, I've been able to create a safe and nurturing environment for my students.

I decided to apply this approach and I've learned to be vigilant in observing students' behavior, appearance, and interactions. Any signs of unusual changes or distress trigger further investigation. And also observe teacher behaviours towards students, I'll immediately report to TQM.

It worked because I've been able to identify potential risks early on and take appropriate action to safeguard children. It's a responsibility I take seriously, and I'm committed to creating a positive and protective learning environment for all students.
