Patience and discipline is very important in being a leader, stick to your morals and be patient with the class, stand up for what is right

Step out of my comfort zone and take more initiative to lead

one thing i learnt that is important is that communication is key and that if we have problems we can always confide in our teachers otherwise we have to listen to the different perspectives to figure things out

One thing I learnt is that even if I am being ostracised I should still stand up for what is right, even if it’s means I lose a friend

I would start to tell my form teachers more about what is happening to the class.

I have learnt how to take initiative to solve issues in class; both involving individual classmates and the class as a whole, instead of relying on the teacher to solve them.

I will not let my classmates off so easy and discipline them more often

all of them as their very open with their problems and i can learn from them on how to solve them

being more confident in telling them what their doing is wrong

patience, taking initiative and responsibility is key in becoming a better leader. i have also learnt how to better deal with the conflicts or situations in class.

all as i appreciate everyone’s point of view and sharings from their experiences or perspectives.

i will take more initiative to remind my classmates even if they are my close friends, to do the right thing, and i have learnt more different creative ways to remind them to do the right thing.

I have learnt how to solve conflicts in my class and what I should do when problems arise in my class.

Caylene (1C3 chair) and Aliya (1C3 vice) inspired me today. Despite everyone hating on this one girl in her class, Aliya still nominated her for prefect as she has seen her character in primary school and did not let others influence her.

In the future, I will learn and continue to be the first to take initiative and step up to solve the problems in my class :)
