"another world" is a new way of saying a new place. The language suggests the experiences of this place are removed from the speaker's usual experience.

The children work in labor but are unprepared for such work

The poem illustrates a very tiny slice of life from a foreign country.

 As they are together you see the height differences almost like a tritonal instrument made of bells of different sizes.

the "melodious chimes" expresses a visual image (musically) this suggest the children harmonizing; as they work together.

'veins'  represents a delicate embroidery of the carpet associated with blood. which could come from the child labor.

There is a use of iambic and anapestic feet that links with the speed and precision in the movements of their fingers.

The quote has a wide use of imagery as seen above that helps readers imagine a beautiful image of embroidery on the carpet , tree, plants, flowers as it says 'tree-tops'. However that you don't always see the horrifying truth at all times.

the quote has had a use of enjambment to break down restriction (child labor).

'all-that-was' is written in a figurative realm this empowers the children massively as here determines the children's futures for them.

'fingers the colours of all-that-will-fly'  stands for freedom and that there is a happy ending even at the worst times. It shows that the children the children's fingers is vivid and appealing.
