1st stage- When I go to college for the entire day and totally forget about my big test in my government class. My teacher passes out the test and says it will account for 70 percent of my grade.
2nd stage- On top of my surprise test, my father gets sick and wants to come to the hospital right after school. On the way to the hospital my boss calls and says I'm fired if I can't make it to work on time.
3rd stage- You get through with the entire day and get in your car and just sit in exhaustion and let your mind calm down and your heart slow its beating
