This is extremely important for students to know because this is showing students how to properly manage the internet, as well as how to be safe while on the internet too. Another big this about teaching digital Citizenship is they will begin to understand the responsibilities that follow while using the internet. The internet is a big thing that can’t always be controlled so, being able to teach them safe ways and ways to prevent such bad things on the internet is to teach them how to properly use as well as safe while using the internet.
