         <description><![CDATA[<div>Inname verzadigd vet beperken tot 10en%.<br><br>Het speklapje 1x in de week vervangen voor vette vis. 2x in de week kip. 2x gehakt, 1x runder tartaar, 1x vegatarisch(denk aan tofu). <br>2 boterhammen met beleg 48+ kaas vervangen door pindakaas of hummus.<br>Roomboter de halve week vervangen door plantaardige olie(lijnzaad bijv. en geen kokosolie).<br>Chocoladepudding mag blijven, maar chocoladeblokjes vervangen door Naked bar chocolat en fruit.</div>]]></description>
