1. Some juniors are difficult to teach and fail to understand things despite continuous reminding/teaching
2. Juniors are unsure of things but do not ask, hence we assume they know things until a problem happens

3. Leading the greetings of our coach and teacher when they enter the ish

1. Teammates might not listen to me when they just want to play and resulting in possible punishment.
2. To be the leader and encourage the sec 3s and 4s when we are feeling tired

1. To boost the team morale when we get punishments and scoldings, instead of getting angry with each other
