1- I am always eager to collaborate with others in my field and learn from them.
2- I make sure I am open to discussions and approachable if my colleagues need my assistance I share with my colleagues my experience with KHDA and how to work within the scheme of KHDA requirements, I shared with the department how to export PowerPoint to mp4 video
3- I continually share relevant information and updates with my colleagues and managers to keep them in the loop of major and minor developments and to stay on the same page.

In FS1:
We learn numbers - colours and shapes, we learn animals and fruits. Through various activities, such as playing with playdough, puzzles, cards gams, and art & craft activity.
 also, we learn to talk about ourselves in Arabic.

My name is Haifaa Osman Holding a Bachelor of Education, a CACHE Level 3 Diploma of Early Years Educators, and a Diploma of Special Education from Ajman University, I holds several diplomas in education, I passionately teach Arabic to non-native speakers. I have seven years of teaching experience, starting in 2017. During this time, I have taught Arabic B to students across different age groups, including FS1, FS2, and those in year 1 through 6. I utilize engaging activities and innovative teaching methods to effectively teach the Arabic language to my students.

My teaching philosophy is centred around nurturing an appreciation for Arabic and adapting my teaching approaches to cater to individual student needs. I joined the RGSGD school in January 3, 2022. I taught all year's group, which was a new experience for me to teach KS1 & KS2. I learned a lot about planning, individual differences, and working in the classroom as groups.

Graduation FS2
I was an important role in the graduation ceremony. I trained the children on the national anthem and delivered a speech in Arabic. Additionally, I presented a performance of 'My Language, My Beautiful Language' song.
I was proud of this achievement.

Ramadan:
During Ramadan, we learned a lot about Ramadan and memorized vocabulary related to it. We also engaged in very beautiful activities such as making lanterns, mosque, and the crescent moon. It was truly wonderful, and the children enjoyed themselves while learning a lot.

Ball Activity 
We learned the letter "K" through the association with the word "korah" (ball). We engaged in a ball activity where we wrote letters and words based on the individual differences of the students.
