Nielsen, the author of the False Prince series (I'm sure my class will remember that book). I am currently reading the fourth book in the series, The Captive Kingdom, and it is by far my favorite book in the series because first of all, the main character is very entertaining and witty, and the author does a good job of making you want to follow them through to the next addition to the series. I also like that, since the characters have been together for a while now, their interactions are really nice; they act like a make-shift family, and there is a lot of good reaction time woven into the actual plot. Tui T Sutherland is really great at making every character personality under the sun -- it makes the series really exciting, because every book is different, with a completely different main character. Even though the plots can sometimes be last-minute or not complete, Tui's ability to make stunning characters makes it a really awesome series to read!

It is the first book of 5 exemplary novels. Hits you with just the right mix of action, humor, storytelling,  magic, and a pinch of romance! I found myself in continual sadness upon finishing a book in this series because you never want the story to end! I think their longest book is 500 pages but that never lessens the entertainment that this novel beholds, I definitely recommend!
