Meaning of the poem "The Hundred Language of Children" demonstrates the sky has no limits, especially for a child. As being born, they are like "blank canvas" waiting to be educated and eager to learn and explore the world around either by other or by him or herself. Furthermore, every child is a player and with play, a child can learn faster and more effectively apart from direct teacher or drilling of concepts. Play can occur in many forms with anything and not just toys. Through play, a child is given the opportunity to explore freely and at the same time expand and express their imagination and ideas. Moreover, there are many stages of play that gives way to many more opportunity to explore and learn at the same time. And during play, a child can display his or her wildest imagination in any forms they preferred, enabling an adult to interpret and guess
what the child is trying to say. Exposing to more play gives the child more room to explore and express themselves. This allows them to expand their learning and exploration ability hence building the foundation for later stages of the child's development and also giving them the confidence to do things independently as they are even the ability to explore freely.

Although there are countless types of play, each child would have a certain preferred and they manner of expressing him or herself. And adults (teachers, parents or family member, and even peers) play an important role as well, their facilitation when a child is playing allows the child to make representation in what is going on and incidental teaching can embedded during the process. In addition, play can enhance a child's ability to socialize as they grow up. Playing with an adult acts as a foundation to learn how to interact with peers when he or she grows older and enter school.

Therefore, as an educator, when planning our lesson plan and objective we have to consider that the differences type of learning style among children in a class. Thus, incorporating different play methods into the objective children can learn in a fun and enjoyable manner without any pressure. In a sense, this can be part of naturalistic learning. Some types of play methods that can be incorporated with objective are using shaving foam to teach children how to draw shapes or even writing alphabets, using physical object to learn to count, while playing playdoh we can teach children qualitative concept such as more and less, long and short and even allowing them to explore the creativity when ask to create object.

For example, if the objective for the day is to be able to label colors in the rainbow as the class shown a keen interest in painting, a great way to start off is to use songs or video about the rainbow and color (e.g.: "I can sing a rainbow"). Play it a couple of times and unknowingly, some of the children are able to catch the tune and colors mentioned. Now by showing them a picture of a rainbow some may be able to label them accurately while some still make mistakes. Nevertheless, this is normal. To conceptualize what they learn, the class can express it by either coloring a picture of the rainbow or draw or paint a rainbow.
