positive -working from home would allow employees to have more autonomy, they can have more control over their schedule and work hours -this will also safe then time and money they spend on commute -it will also give the company to hire from broader regions, instead of just a particular area/city. negative -working from home could cause social isolation -they could face issues like having lack of resources -their motivation levels could be decreased due to not being in the right environment.
