         <description><![CDATA[<div>it seems to me that attention is needed on how the graduation plans for FY are determined to be in their best interest, at least from what I see on the JJ side.&nbsp; I have 16 year olds who with long histories of truancy being graduated from high school with no post-secondary plan, and I see other graduation plans that are chosen without consideration to the impact on the youth’s overall plan, in particularly how graduating from high school affects eligibility for some placement options.&nbsp; I see in the notes that FY graduation rates are lower than the district rate but are we also equipping FY for the future by reducing the graduation requirements?&nbsp; Is there some middle ground solution?</div>]]></description>
