• We all have broad definitions of what we mean, but when you discuss you realise that there are slightly different interpretations, and it takes time to understand where others are coming from. Eg ‘advocacy’ . This speaks to eth scale of the challenge when think about these topics. The importance of listening to each other. 

• It's nice to come together like this. No formations or funding cliques. Egalitarian. Enables us to avoid doing the same thing. Thank you for everyone coming together today and sharing and being open. 

• Thank you – this is a whole day event. The CFF team has role modelled how to do online and hybrid well and in a way that is inclusive and equitable. 

• Aki – my heart is warmed by the willingness to share challenges and solutions to come together on this, despite the scale of the challenge. That everyone is really collegiate., and so many want to come together and support each other. I hope it continues in this way 

• Dega - It will be really interesting to see how it moves ahead. It sounds very exciting, hopeful and evolving space. 

Rosalind  - Its been very complex to bring together so many people in this way. Thank you for rising to the challenge.

• The big questions that remain....

• What do we do to imagine those who don't imagine themselves within a university ?

• How do we ensure ‘big shiny projects’ don't evaporate ?

• How do we ensure the work isnt being done out of hours without reward? 

 Sonya: We invite you to continue these conversations. From this point Studio Sisegad will build this community with you. Supporting smaller events and methods of communication, in smaller more organic ways. A bigger event like this one next year!
