During the drive Christohper thinks about the milky way and how the earth will look in the future. In chapter 19 he explained  why his chapternumbers are so wreid (because thats are primal numbers) and he explainded how to get them.
In chapter 23 he arrives at the Police station and he had to take everything out of his pockets. Then he got into a cell but he liked it because it was almost an perfect cube.
