Non-profit community based programs need support - gov't agencies need to consider how to invest - training, fiscal, etc.
Community famlies will also need to adapt from virtual back - they hope for a hybrid model, as parents also appreciated many elements of virtual - access, transport barriers solved, etc.
Flexibility with funding to meet in a more creative way...
Patience on part of funders re outcomes - it will be a balancing act, continuing to evolve...
Staff need to be recognized, expect trust issues - are families vaxxed?  unknown navigation...
Reconsider IEP and other team meeting connections...hybrids?
Prepare for the NEW NORMAL - staff, agencies & families re-learning.
Strengthen connections/ collaboration among and between agencies - protect time for that collaboration!  
High level "Think Tanks" for how agencies can effectively work together...
