A year in, there are things I think would be helpful to change/add/etc. A major goal for this year is to establish a formal vision and purpose for our school, and I want this to be a true collaborative effort with input from admin, teachers, and students. For the people involved in the school every day, how do we create a vision that works toward achieving the objectives that each of these groups bring to the table?
