The goal of this challenge is to carry forward Cierra’s Can Do Attitude. By December 31, 2025, we hope to collect 100 examples of challenges overcome with determination and a smile.

A few examples from Cierra’s own playbook:

  1. The Aged Account Victory – Taking our most difficult aged customer, running into roadblock after roadblock, until all the invoices were paid — and the customer even suggested giving her a raise.

  2. The Payment Fix – Working with a less-than-friendly customer who had been making payments to the wrong accounts for more than two years, fixing the problem, and getting the balance down to zero.

  3. The Teammate Lifeline – Volunteering to help teammates in need — not because she was asked, but because she cared.
