         <description><![CDATA[<div>Honorable teachers, fellow students and esteemed principle.<br><br>In the last 30 years, the development of Dubai has been beyond measurable. From a traditional economy based merely on oasis agriculture to a raised global standard of a modern, urbanized city. While this can only be applauded, we are all here today aware of the task at hand.&nbsp;<br><br>With every gain in this world comes with a loss fellow peers, and this is no exception. Rising concerns on the mass increase of pollution, whether it be air, land or water.&nbsp;<br><br>Being in the position we are, we cannot allow the continuation of the ecological footprint that is growing as we speak. We must recognize that the 9.5 global hectors per capita is far too high, compared to the global 2.7 average, more than 3 times as much.  <br><br></div>]]></description>
