Considering, Meet the Teacher was just held two weeks prior to Fall Open House I think Fall Open House should be in mid to late September. This will allow us to know our students better and have more data to discuss with our parents. Personally, I would like to have data to discuss with our parents to build that home to school connection.

I also think that open house should be in September due to meet the teacher being so close in timing. We would know our students better and give us time to discuss concerns or data.

I agree with the previous, waiting until mid September allows more time to get to know students on a personal level. Meet the teacher is about the teacher and school expectations, where as open house should allow students to display what they have learned, how they have grown, and areas of concern in order to partner with parents for student success.
