The lessons I have had over the years from this school and hospital have been very valuable. Working in a medical-nursing team with sharing, collaboration and mutual trust is one of the greatest goals in this hospital. Working with this atmosphere of serenity is important to quality care. Taking care of not only the child but also the family is an important pillar to collaborate and care for the child. 
I hope to always continue to update myself through specialized training courses or masters to never fall behind and grow in my education and competence.

The Experience I want to recount is in the ward where I am currently. I was paired with Iacopo my tutor. 
Iacopo is very good, competent, helpful and always kind. Just a few days ago after about 20 days of us "working" together, he entrusted me with a patient of my own. 
I was very happy about this, I thought about the trust he wanted to place on me and automatically about the growth he would like for me both work-wise and humanly speaking.
I do not hide my insecurity and anxiety. Patient management went more or less well, although I did not complete all the tasks.
