         <description><![CDATA[<div>In my opinion, conductor Leonard Bernstein' s gesture is more effective because he uses different gesture to show different changes. But Daniel Barenboim's gestures are quite similar so it is more difficult for players to understand and show the changes. Besides, Leonard Bernstein has many facial expressions that show changes effectively.</div>]]></description>
