Tilda Hammersmith is a 76 year old woman with dementia, who lives in a care home She has trouble with orientation in time and space. Most of the time she doesn’t know what day it is and what she’s supposed to do that day. She also has problems starting and finishing actions, such as getting dressed and having lunch. Her lacking skills caused her to become anxious and aggressive towards the care staff. Eventually she stopped eating and taking care of herself altogether. It now seems Mrs. Hammersmith is falling into a depression
