I also set it up so that I framed this time for them to feel comfortable to share challenges and ask questions/solicit suggestions.

Having PMs focus on tech support made it challenging to get people into the event, and then switching to Zoom, a lot of folks were unclear what link to use, where they were supposed to go to, how to continue to the workshops after cohort time. Too many platforms, and hurdles to just gain access to the virtual event and cohort rooms (one emailed me while I was facilitating that they couldn't get into the cohort room)

Then based on a survey of topics CSDs wanted to cover, spent majority of the time on family engagement. I pre-selected 3 CSDs with strong family engagement to be panelists as I asked them questions like what is your strategy and how do you measure success, what's one mistake you've made and how have you learned from it, etc. Ended with open question time. - Rachel M
