There is lots of support for enterprise education (in Scotland) but amongst, many things,  nomenclature is a problem (people think the focus is business)

They give schools and enterprising curriculum program to help build enterprising skills. They focus on being creative, problem solving, aiming high, staying positive, listening and understanding, presenting, working in a team, leading. Assessment of it's effectiveness is measured simply by kids understanding it, teachers agreeing, parents engaging, and that it's universal.  In order to succeed with this program you must keep it simple, start at a young age and continue, measure progress, meaning and incremental change, transferable skills and their real world application.  Enterprising skill checkpoints for specific age groups.  here is their site.

The benchmarks that they came up with were important ones that related to taking exterior case studies from the "real world" and bringing them into the classroom. There was also an emphasis on the idea of adjunct faculty being hired that are regularly working in the business world to bring more unique and practical content to students. "Winning" is often seen as an end game ("Competitions are often beyond criticism"), yet that's only half of the battle. (Many students may lose dedication after they've "won".) This mentality of winning translates to not making the best product but making the product that sells; not doing the best job possible but doing the job that gets you by.

The main 3 were 1) Real World Uncertainty 2)Mindfulness of Team Process and 3) Knowledge of Self. Team process proves to be the most difficult because of early domination of a few leaders. How to fix? Failure is acceptable, and ability to re-define failure. Knowledge sharing in open forums is an excellent option, compassion and gratitude always helpful. 
Building community is more the point than enterprising - how do we get people to buy in? Team building/ice breakers/narratives/praising and FOOD. 
Then how to judge success?
