On the first day, I got a training on SIEP at Jeli Inn Hotel Which is located in Jeli, Kelantan. My first day for doing siep, I been introduced with the workers in hotel. Next, one of them introduced me about the hotel. Next, they showed me how to do housekeeping. For second day, i learned how to be housekeeping. Housekeeping is doing after the customers check out from the hotel. They taught me how to cleaned rooms included to change and fix the bed sheets, blankets, and pillow case. On the third day, they teach me how to fold the towel to make it look neat and beautiful. On the forth day, i start my work with clean up the room 4. I go to the store to get the new bed sheets, blankets, pillow case and towel. I change them and replace it with the new while the dirty bed sheets, blankets, pillow case and towel will be sent to the washing place. I fix them with properly, so that it look neatly arranged. Next, i clean up the toilet like wiping the mirror, mopping the floor and  included replace the shampoo, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste with the new. On the fifth day, i do not need to clean up the room because all the room are full but i continued my work with clean up the hallway onfront  of the rooms. On the sixth day, i have clean three rooms and as usual i switched the bed sheets, blankets, pillow cases and towels. I replace them with the new. After cleaning and tidy up rooms is done, i took the dirty sheets, blankets, pillow cases and towels to the washing place. On the seventh day, i do the same work which is clean up rooms. Today, i need to work a bit harder because the customers who is staying in the room is not keeping clean the room. So, i need more time to clean that room. I change the bed sheets, blankets, pillow case and towels. I fix them and fold the towel neatly. Next, i sweep and mopping the floor. After that, i clean up the toilet to make sure the toilet is always clean. After that, i sweep the dust that have around the table, on the cupboard and around the bed. Next, i wash the toilet cleanly and replace the stuff like shampoo, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste with the new one. I also sweep the floor to make sure no trash is left in the room. Next, i wash the toilet cleanly included to replace shampoo, soap, toothbrush, and toothpaste with the new one. I also sweep and mopping the floor to ensure the room is clean. On the last day, i am doing interview  with the owner of Jeli Inn Hotel on the last day of siep. The owner Encik Hassan is very kind, hardworking and open minded person. My interview session with Encik Hassan is to know more about Jeli Inn Hotel.
