Next time I can raise my hand and say, "That isn't sitting right with me. Is it okay if we pause and unpack that?" I haven't been afraid to bring up the uncomfortable truth when it comes to our students, so I shouldn't be afraid to confront adults in the same way. As the quote in chapter 4 states, "If I love you, I have to make you conscious of the things you don't see," and I hope that others will do the same for me.</div>]]></description>
