Avianca said to me that I needed to take a Wingo airlines from Bogotá and when I returned to Bogotá, I needed to have one stopover in Medellin after 11 hours of fly. I thing it was a bad experience because my tickets were expensive.

i thing you have to hire persons that realy want to work, also talk whit they to see if happened someting rong.
any way, i hope you do something about this, i will come back but if something similar happen i never going to get there again.

I checked the hotel´s website. And surprisingly the photos on the website and the   hotel´s service looked good, so I could have an idea about my experience there.


and as I imagined. I didn´t have any trouble with the service everything was going well, but unfortunately, when I got to my room and I opened the door, the room was completely different from what I saw on the website. although the room was not bad I was expecting the room that you show on the web. But apart from this little problem my experience in your hotel was great.
  

I guess that you know that if you show a product or a  service on websites you need to provide us the product or the service that we can see on the website and not a completely different thing like you did and it is Misleading advertising. If I were you, I would change the images on the website.
