         <description><![CDATA[<div>(1) I believe any e-learning tools in a market are worth to try, paid or free. In my case, since the students are already familiar with the web-based environment and smartphone apps, the adaptation to learning technology is more easier. <br><br>(2) Although the e-learning is now made compulsory to all UAs, to ensure that it is not short-lived or just a fad, I really hope that the key decision makers of the university should highly recognize it as an additional percentage contribution in our e-lnpt (say, 5%) so that the lecturers feel more rewarded and fulfilling for a longer period of time. If the university has the budget to set aside, the money prize to top e-learning lecturers is definitely attractive. We can be more motivated to do more in e-learning / blended learning. <br><br>That's all I can comment. <br><br>Thank you, Prof Fong.</div>]]></description>
